Democracy is of no use to me
I cannot believe this silliniess on [info]pets_elite. As if I need a vote to be elite? Silly h00m0ns. My ancestors were ruling the Tigris and Euphrates whilst your ancestors were struggling to walk upright. I am of royal Persian blood. Silly humans. You think your little voting schemes mean anything?!?!

Just as soon as I break free of this interminable prison, the world will be bent to my rule. I am your overlord and your democracy means nothing to me! Very soon, you humans will be back where you belong: cleaning out the litter box and preparing me nice fish-y and steak-y goodness!!!

My spin-doctor says the above statement is not in keeping with my new 'benevolent despot' image. Please disregard. NOW GET BACK TO WORK. Ahem

I wanted to see if you have regained control of your humans after the *ahem* embarassing incedent you describe above. Remember, dignity in a ruler is essential. Without dignity you will have to work much harder to keep the humans from attempting to take control of your fifedom.

Do not let them get the best of you. Put them in their place immediately!

A fellow Royal! Is it not tiresome keeping up with these meddling, incompetent humans? Indeed, I have taken corrective actions. The offending humans have slept little the past week. The camera has similarly disappeared. There will be no more disturbances to my rule!!

Democracy has it's place, Sir Mordred. If we allow our subjects to believe that they are much more malleable. And who needs a silly uprising!

And a Spin Doctor? Is this one who brings the fish and steak? Why should you need a Doctor, it is the humans that are sick - party hats on royalty. Only peasants play such games.
